VERY Buggy
The App is a great idea and concept, however it is VERY buggy. The App continuously disconnects the BT Connection. The volume control is horrible. The buttons rarely work and would be much easier if it was a Slider or Dial. The buttons rarely work.
Sorry; I cant hear you
Surely the audiologist knew the problems associated with the Widex Bluetooth when he sold the instrument to me. I suppose that could be the reason why he wont return my calls. The software is excellent when it works. The key words are "when it works" which is almost never. The replacement unit (which I got when the original would not work) worked perfectly the day that I received it. I have not been able to get it to connect since. I have downloaded new software, have gone through the connection process 16 times, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! #Senorscammers.
User
Isnt a reliable bluetooth link for iphone as its described in user notes, but find it really valuable for calls & music once up and running. Hope link up improves. It works well on Samsung.
Great When it Works
For an expensive piece of medical equipment you would think they would have the smart people on the staff to keep this connected. I was warned of the connection problems, but was hopeful. For sure, this is great "when it works." You badly need a team working on an update to fix this.
Not reliable
Yes great idea,! But not very reliable. Your never able to keep a connection with the app. With other hearing aid companies make wireless hearing aids Widex better get on the ball with comdex if this is going to be their go to technology.
